Let me give you an example! Apparently the more your food contrasts with your plate, the less you will eat. Simply because the contrast makes you more aware of your food. So do not eat spaghetti carbonara from a white plate! You're better of eating white food from a red plate.
Now onto the good stuff!
You can use this inside knowledge to get your kids to eat more greens! Just serve them up on a green plate. Your kid will never know how much he ate!
