Arr, I found me a treasure!

I love to go treasure hunting. But because I'm not a one legged pirate, I do my searching for hidden gems in thrift shops.

And this week I got lucky! I found a classical library step. As I walked into the thrift shop, it stood there, like it was waiting for me. And you can even turn it into a table!

I have been longing for a library step like this for ages. It's going to look great with our two bookcases.

I feel like I should start smoking a pipe and sit on my new library step ladder in front of all my books, looking all Freudian and intellectual!
