That's my motto. And therefore I have lots of fake flowers in our home.
At first I resisted fake flowers. I wanted the real deal. But when the real deal kept dying on me, and being a lot of hard work, I succumbed to the lure of fake flowers. They're everything my kids and real flowers are not: low maintenance, clean and always perky.
So let show you my beautiful fake flowers!
You can actually buy some really nice fake flowers these days. I have seen many lately where I had to check if they were real :)

ReplyDeleteWhile I'm not a huge fan of the fake silk or polyester flowers, I really like the paper flowers that have been cropping up lately! I went to a wedding where the bridal bouquet was made entirely of giant paper peonies... it looked amazing & fun to make, too.
