Wedding dress for only 29,95

‘Good clothing and textiles don’t have to be expensive’.

That's the motto of Dutch textiles company Zeeman. And recently they put their money where their mouth is!

Wedding dress for only 29,95

Yesterday they put a lovely wedding dress in their online webshop. It sold out within minutes.

I'm not surprised, because it's a lovely dress and it only costs 29,95 euros. That's about 33 USD. I would buy it if I weren't married already.

It's a lovely and romantic wedding dress.

Only 1500 were made.

How much did you pay for your wedding dress? Would you buy this one?

  3. I believe it's fine for someone to spend as much as they like as long as they can afford it (or the person paying for it really can), but often we spend too much time making a big deal of the wedding (and it is in many ways) and not enough time, effort and resources preparing to HAVE a good marriage. Weddings last for less than an hour, a marriage is meant to last forever! Thanks for providing a great resource for a more reasonable alternative. Hopefully they will offer more similar ones in the future.

    1. That is so true! Sometimes it almost seems like people forget what it's really all about. It's not about the dress or the wedding day: it's about spending your life with someone else.

  4. It has been almost 30 years ago since I purchased a wedding dress. I can't even remember what I spent. I'm sure it was expensive even back then. Would I buy this one, possibly. Couldn't say, the prices is great, but I guess it would depend who I was buying it for - me, not a chance. I'm only going to wear one wedding dress in my lifetime. Thanks for sharing this on my linkup.

  15. I love it. I got lucky and my husband's aunt made my dress. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, she took me fabric shopping and it was done. Simple and elegant and very sentimental. Thanks for sharing with Small Victories Sunday Linkup. Pinned to our linkup board, hope you join us again this weekend.

  17. I spent almost $300 on mine! I was trying to find one of the $99 ones, but fell in love with the one I got. I would totally spend only $33 on a dress though if it fit right! Very pretty dress. :) Stopping by from Saturday Shuffle. Haven't been by in a while! Happy weekend.
