I'm someone who worries.
A lot.
I worry about my health, about the health of my children, whether my husband is safe during his daily commute to work, about whether I did something wrong, and sometimes I worry about the fact that I worry so much.
Time to get some peace of mind!
So I decided it was time to do something about it. Again. So I blew the dust off my Headspace app, and took up meditating again. What makes the Headspace app so great, is that it only takes 10 minutes. That's do-able. And I've found a great way to integrate meditating into my daily routine. After my daily run, I always hula hoop for 10 minutes.
And now I hula hoop and meditate at the same time.
So not only do I get more peace of mind, I'll also get a trim waist ; )

I love the way the people at Headspace demystify meditating. They exlain the way the mind works in terms I can actually understand. I wanted to share this video, because when I saw it I thought: 'That's me!'
Practical information
The first 10 lessons of the Headspace app are free. And if you don't wanna pay, you can do them again and again. I actually forked out the money to get more lessons, but you don't have to.
