Christmas tree in Chaos style


It's our family tradition do decorate our (fake) Christmas tree on the second Sunday of December. In the picture above you can see my two remaining children decorating our tree!

The other three children have flown the nest, but will be returning for Christmas day.

We discovered you can easily place nativity figures into a Christmas tree. Look, here's Mary:


And here's the camel too:


And of course the Chrismas angel our eldest daughter made 20 years ago. Still going strong!


And here's one of the shepherds! Kneeling comfortable on the plastic twigs of the Christmas tree.

Our Christmas tree is fake, and isn't afraid to show it. It's easy to use, cheap and because we use it time and time again it's environmentally friendly.

When it comes to decorating the tree, my motto is:

Life is hard enough, let's not make a fuss about the Christmas tree.

Just throw in there whatever you like.
