I was slaving over a hot stove, trying to do the dishes at the same time. When I had a chance I quickly ran upstairs, to stuff the dirty laundry in the washing machine. Then I ran downstairs again to check how the potatoes were doing.

I was tired, sweaty and fed up.

Mommy, can we help you in any way?

Then my lovely kids gathered around me and said:

'Mommy, can we help you in any way? Our hands are just itching to fold the laundry, to sweep the floor, and to hang up all the jackets that are lying on the floor.'
