I got my mitts on some new oven mitts!
My old ones were an absolute disgrace, so I'm very happy with my new ones.
They're so nice and clean, I'm almost reluctant to use them lest they'll end up looking like my old ones....

Don’t feel bad. Mine is in worst condition that yours. I plan on buying some news ones but haven’t gotten around to it. After reading this, I definitely need to buy some new ones, NOW.
